Review: I enjoyed reading the
The Must-Have Mom Manual: Two Mothers, Two Perspectives, One Book That Tells You Everything You Need to Know by
Sara Ellington and Stephanie Triplett. The authors are best friends and are polar opposites of each other. Proving to be that this "manual" isn't your traditional baby book, it will give you an insider's perspective into day to day life as a mother without being critical or preachy. This book also proves that there are several ways to be a good mother whether you bottle feed, breast feed, choose co-sleeping or crib sleeping. It offers a lot of good practical advice and highly recommend web-sites to go to! I really enjoyed reading chapters such as Traveling with Baby, Potty Training, Tips for Busy Moms and Working from Home. If you're married and have children, you might want to read Marriage 911. Even though I've never been to Disney World, I really found one chapter pertaining to it very helpful since it offered a lot of budget friendly tips and must see sites in case I ever decide to go there someday.
This book is a must have for any expectant or new mom! The list price for this book is $17, but you can get it for $11.56 at
Amazon - a great bargain for such a good book!
