Marika King Designer Jewellery is an original and eclectic mix of vintage-inspired and fashion-forward jewelry. All jewelry pieces are handmade and combine a variety of both new and vintage materials sourced from all over the world.
Founded in 2006, Marika King Designer Jewellery began as a long-awaited outlet for creative expression. Marika is a self-taught jewelry designer, she is committed to the creation of beautiful and unique pieces which is refined on a daily basis and is therefore constantly evolving. Pieces are designed to be wearable and encompass all parts of our personalities.
The Brass Cuff by Marika King ($50) is one of the boldest, beautiful, and enchanting pieces that I currently have in my jewelry collection! The price will not break the bank yet has a couture quality that suggests it should cost more than it does. The cuff features a hand-painted blue swallow that exudes a vintage charm, which is what instantly captured my attention when I was considering what to review. You can easily don it with your favorite pair of jeans or gracefully wear them with a little black dress. However you decide to wear it, you will garner oohs and ahhs whenever you make your presence known.
The Feather on Feather Earrings in Black and Silver ($35) by Marika King are unique, dark, moody, and beautiful. These are a few of reasons why they were quickly integrated into my jewelry rotation. I have to be picky about what earrings to wear since I have very sensitive ears, but I am able to wear these with such ease! These earrings are lightweight and the perfect size. They're big enough to lure one's attention without being gaudy.
The Black & Gold Flower Pendant Necklace with a Crystal Center ($59) by Neta Livne exudes a vintage and romantic style that reminds me of Nicole Richie's House of Harlow jewelry line. It's very chic and can be worn with just about anything. I recently donned it at the Urban Seeds Garden Party Fundraiser Event with a Tie-Shoulder Tiered Sundress by Old Navy in the Multi Print ($34.60), black floppy hat ($9 at Gordmans), The Cross of Changes Platform Sandals by Enigma ($80.89), and Kitson Round Zip Detail Hoop Earrings. I believe that the necklace is what made my outfit stand out the most!
Omg just bookmarked this site. I now have a new fav.
